1Introduction
Welcome to OC Form, a web-based form creation and data collection platform owned and operated by One Creative FZ LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates.
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of OC Form, including the creation, distribution, completion, and submission of online forms.
These Terms & Conditions apply to OC Form’s website, application, and hosted forms available at ocform.com and its subdomains, including app.ocform.com and go.ocform.com, and any other subdomains operated by OC Form.
By accessing or using OC Form, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please discontinue using the platform.
2About OC Form
OC Form enables users to create, customize, distribute, and manage online forms for various purposes, including recruitment, customer feedback, project requests, business inquiries, surveys, and document collection.
The platform may be used internally by organizations or made available to authorized external users.
OC Form may introduce additional features, integrations, and services as the platform develops.
3User Accounts and Responsibilities
Users who are authorized to create and manage forms are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and any activities conducted through their accounts.
Users must ensure that forms they create and information they collect comply with applicable laws and respect the privacy and rights of respondents.
Users must not use OC Form to collect information unlawfully, distribute harmful content, engage in fraudulent activities, or violate the rights of others.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to accounts or forms that violate these terms.
4Form Submissions
Individuals submitting information through OC Form are responsible for providing accurate information to the best of their knowledge.
Submissions may include personal details, CVs, photographs, business documents, project briefs, and other supporting materials.
By submitting information, respondents acknowledge that their information will be processed for the purpose described in the relevant form and in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.
Submission of a form does not guarantee employment, a business relationship, approval, or a response.
5Ownership of Submitted Content
Users and respondents retain ownership of the information, documents, and materials they submit through OC Form.
Submitting content does not transfer intellectual property ownership to OC Form.
By submitting content, users grant the permissions reasonably necessary to receive, store, transmit, display, and process that content for the intended purposes of the platform.
6Confidentiality and Data Protection
OC Form recognizes that submitted information may include confidential business documents, personal information, and sensitive materials.
We take reasonable measures to protect submitted information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
Information is accessible to authorized personnel and service providers as necessary for legitimate operational purposes.
Users creating forms are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary authorization to collect, process, and manage the information received through their forms.
7Third-Party Integrations
OC Form may integrate with third-party services, including Google Drive, Google Sheets, Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive and Excel, and other storage or productivity platforms.
By enabling an integration, authorized users permit OC Form to transfer or process relevant information through the selected service as required for the integration to function.
Third-party services are governed by their respective terms, privacy policies, and security practices.
OC Form is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by third-party services beyond its reasonable control.
8Platform Availability
We aim to provide a reliable and secure service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
OC Form may undergo maintenance, updates, technical improvements, or temporary service interruptions.
We may modify, improve, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
9Intellectual Property
The OC Form name, branding, software, design, interface, and related platform materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit the platform without authorization.
This provision does not affect ownership of user-generated forms, submitted documents, or other original content belonging to users or respondents.
10Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OC Form is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use or unavailability of the platform.
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate records and backups of business-critical information where necessary.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to OC Form where users violate these terms, misuse the platform, or create security or legal risks.
Users may request account closure by contacting us.
Account closure and deletion of associated information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.
12Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in our services, operations, or legal requirements.
Updated terms will be published on OC Form with a revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance.
13Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
